
DELIVERY INFORMATION
If the delivery is made with a courier company approved by AMECO RENEWABLE ENERGY
SRL, and the package arrives damaged, the customer will obligatorily request the courier to draw
up a report in which to report the damage when taking the package. Otherwise we do not assume
any responsibility.
o If you prefer another carrier, it is only possible if the product is paid in full in advance. In this
case, the transport is done strictly at your own risk.
o Our company guarantees the delivery of the ordered accessories within the deadlines
established by mutual agreement by the client and the company's sales team. In the case of
accessories not delivered on time, regardless of the cause, Ameco.ro grants delay compensation,
any inconveniences caused, in the amount of 1% / day of the value of the accessories not
delivered on time. The amount of compensation may not exceed the value of the accessories in
question. If the delay exceeds 30 working days, the order is delivered FREE OF CHARGE and
the equivalent value will be refunded to the customer in full within a maximum of 5 working
days or can be used for the next order of your choice.
o If your order will be sent by 2 pm, the products will be shipped on the same day, with delivery
the next day. The order received after 2 pm involves sending the order the next day.
o For goods damaged due to transport as well as incorrect handling, a report must be drawn up at
the time of delivery of the product, together with the delivery agent as a result of the finding of
these damages. Otherwise we do not assume any responsibility.

bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to
decide to accept the return or to stop an amount of its value, the amount which will be
communicated after the evaluation of the damages brought. In case these returns are repeated, we
will consider them abusive and we reserve the right to refuse their acceptance

30 Days right of return
In order to benefit from this service, you need to notify us no later than the 30th calendar day after the date of issuing the invoice, and to have the return form filled in with all the data requested in it - please request this form from the sales department.
Also, the product (s) must be in perfect condition, as well as undamaged packaging (not considered damaged packaging, packaging unpacked properly and repackaged in its original condition.
